      Pros

      A good place to work if you are ex forces and used to working within the constraints of standards of procedure. Compliance is a key part of any role within this company.

      Cons

      Flagship media is a regime that breaks an individual's personal flair and operates a tyranical and over bearing manner. The HR department are very clued up and deal with tribunals on a regular basis.

      I've worked at Flagship for well over 10yrs now, and I can honestly say it's the best job I've ever had. The wage is great, the hours are handy, and the perks are fantastic. Free on-site parking so no messing about looking for a parking spot. The owner have been very good to me over the years, especially in times of need. Keep your head down., do your job and you'll have a good job for life.

      Pros

      Having recently started with Flagship Media, I have been welcomed in by everyone. My Manager Bill has been fantastic with me, taking me through training and showing me the ropes, the office is a great environment with brilliant people to lean on if you have any questions.

      Cons

      I haven't experienced any so far.
