Horrible pay, even compared to the rest of the industry. Absolutely awful, borderline non-existent commission structure. Lots of empty promises and lies from upper management. No room for growth or opportunity to earn more or advance. Recently they’ve been pushing an aggressive sales culture but with no incentive or commission structures for the employees and poor pay.
