Horrible career opportunity. No constructive appreciate is shown. Strategic planning is often done with critical failures (for proof, check comments on social media regarding its last branch acquisition). No mentoring or coach program or philosophy. Petty upper management and HR. Put in 7 years and was told to leave early, so they didn’t have to pay holiday pay.
