      Nice people, Good working conditions, great hours, great benefits

      Cons

      Very low pay, not much room for advancement, work quota's that can be hard to reach, error ratios that are hard to stay below. Many Departments being closed and outsourced. Overtime is almost impossible to get.

      Pros

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
