Pros
Flexible work hours, expanded work from home environment since the pandemic, excellent pay, great co-workers, diverse hiring, above average benefits (although not as good as they used to be).
Cons
Everything has become about making the shareholders happy: cutting costs, keeping the efficiency ratio high, not backfilling positions, adding more project work to those who choose to remain with the company. On top of this, add management who will schedule meeting after meeting to discuss issues but never take action, only eating more time out of the daily schedule. No more work / life balance in the recent two years.
