Some of the management isn't that great, if you turn down a position because of its location, you are shunned from that day forward, your ability to move up is hindered
No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay.
Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you.
Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses.
Terrible branch management.
