      The colleagues I worked with were wonderful. Knowledgeable, team driven and kind.

      Cons

      From 2022 forward upper management became very secretive and not forthcoming with information regarding merger, the reduction of our incentive income/commission income and eventually termination of the entire mortgage division.

      Pros

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
