      Decent Benefits, office headquarters renovations

      Cons

      Ugh…where to start? Nepotism in IT, basically a bunch of ex-Ally Financial employees. Very cliquish. Merger with NYCB destroyed the Flagstar culture, communication for senior management is nonexistent. New CEO mandates return to office, although we did fine working remotely. Outdated technology , reduced bonuses - stay away.

      Pros

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
