Flagstar is a great company, allowing career growth within a variety of divisions. The employees are wonderful and hard working. The company is progressing.
Cons
There have been a lot of changes in top management, especially over he last 4-5 years. This has brought new top talent into Flagstar, but has created an unsure environment.
