      Branch walking distance from home That's it!

      Cons

      Our branch has evolved into to a call center. Calling from "dashboard" list. Micromanaged from upper management on howany calls ,appointments ..bla bla . Made . Ridiculous goals allocated to each employee..Based on your category( almost 7 years)..new employees with NO experience salary more than plier employees .pay is maybe 1 dollar more than minimum wage..same as working cashier at supermarket..stay away..

      Pros

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
