Pros
Quarterly Bonuses and nothing else.
Cons
Terrible communication from upper management, Zero consistency with anything, one day you are told something is right the next it's wrong and it's a constant circle for weeks. Cannot guarantee anything to the clients, there are always issues with the systems. Lay-off's of complete departments, outsourcing a bunch of these jobs. This bank used to make it feel like I was a valued employee but now feel we are all just seen as numbers. They don't care about anything except their numbers which are completely unrealistic considering they decided to, as previously stated, fire many and get rid of positions within the branches. Too many politics involved, good luck getting a real promotion as they will let you apply for a job, and go through the interview process to ghost you and find out through the grapevine that someone else got the job. Not to mention the toxic work environments, managers and their employees teaming up on one specific person in their branch, has happened at multiple. Do not and will not recommend Flagstar to anyone.
