Pros

There’s a genuine commitment to building a positive employee experience, not just talking about it. The company invests in meaningful benefits, regularly seeks employee feedback, and takes visible action on it. The team is proactive and thoughtful, and leadership is generally accessible and transparent about direction and priorities. It’s a place where you can have real impact—especially if you enjoy shaping processes, improving how things work, and contributing beyond your immediate role. There’s also a strong emphasis on wellbeing and inclusion, which comes through in both policies and day-to-day culture.

Cons

The pace is fast and things can evolve quickly, so you need to be comfortable with change and a bit of ambiguity. If you enjoy a dynamic environment and don’t mind priorities shifting from time to time, you’ll do well here.

Pros

The culture at Flagstone is a genuine strength. There is a real sense that people are listened to and that their wellbeing matters. It feels like being part of something meaningful — a company at an exciting stage of growth, large enough to offer real opportunity but still small enough that individuals are known, valued, and recognised for their contribution.

Cons

At this stage, there are no significant areas for development to highlight.

Pros

No micromanaging, good pay, good benefits for london based employees

Cons

unrealistic product milestones and extreme ambiguity on asks, unfair OKRs, no ability to calibrate on feedback in time as it is not given timely, peers give only positive feedback so there is not way to understand negative yearly review
