Biggest regret - Leasing Consultant Flaherty and Collins Properties Employee Review

Low pay with zero incentive. Trying to live at a property is a headache and almost impossible. They want lower level to know how to do management (i.e. the thousand reports required) but wont pay to compensate. There is NEVER a clear answer from corporate as to what is happening on site, such as office closings for holidays. I have never been more disappointed in working for a company as I am with F&C and it is honestly my biggest regret taking a position that changed drastically from the verbal offer to the physical letter.
