Chaotic project planning: See other reviewer. Chaotic personal situation: Three game designers after each other on one project, four if you count the non-existing game designer when the game development kicked off. Loud: One big open plan room reaching over two floors. High workload, stressful job: If you have not worked in the mobile gaming industry before this is probably not for you.

A great company to work at. People from all over the world came here to make a difference - and to build great games. Despite growing fast, flaregames moves forward towards their goal significantly less chaotic than any of the other companies I worked at. The company has a clear, well thought through and well communicated strategy and celebrates its transparency. Colleagues are mostly outstanding in their field and you can learn something from most of them.

None that come to mind easily. An Air-condition would be a nice, especially in the hot Karlsruhe Summer Days.
