Flash Coffee is all about nepotism, incompetent leadership, favoritism towards Germans/Caucasian, lack of transparency and bad management! - All the high level leaderships are >90% Germans or Caucasian, but trust me that they dont have a vast knowledge and experience in what they're doing and their character is a big no. They only know how to talk big but no prominent action proved, they only know how to yell but not knowing the better direction - Their layoff is super sucks! They did a couple of random layoffs; from not passing someone's probation, shut down the entire performance marketing team and a couple of mass layoff in late 2023. But, they NEVER give any severance package at all!!! It was just their lie that they want to "help" by finding some jobs for those impacted, but in fact it never happened. They even wanted to shut all the news media that covers their layoff, what an embarassing company. - Random layoff that they did is a sign that they are struggling with their budget. Their Series B is not closed yet since June 2021, I guess they just dont have investors who want to invest them anymore! Also, with more competitors coming to SG like Luckin coffee & Kopi Kenangan, I'm afraid Flash Coffee will not last given their bad management
