Pros

Fully stocked kitchen "Lots of Siracha", any kind of Alcoholic beverage you can think of is available during business hours for all. To include interns ID may or may not be required. Hard work is valued, you get to take work home on a nice Mac Book, where you can be contacted via Skype or via text after normal business hours. Cash Bonuses, for some but not all, receive 50$ cash rewards for jobs well done. Work remotely if you are one of the chosen few and have added value to the organization. No door dings in the parking garage lots of space to park. Some really great team-members, that are hard working professionals that deserve better.

Cons

Slow to adopt change for better production processes which alleviate bottlenecks and or last minute crucial changes to projects. Lack of collaboration between teams, team-members including managers and or project managers. Lack of HR presence to on site. 2-3 Third party HR firms have come an gone in a 14 month span. Low retention 10-12 employees parted ways in a relatively short period of time 14 month span. Continued education, training not promoted to employees small opportunity for growth within organization. Instead of boosting employee moral periodically, managements takes vacations or "business trips" . Below market salaries for professionals in their respective job titles. Occasional derogatory comments made in work environment by CEO indirectly targeted at specific individuals.

Pros

Amazing place full of some of the hardest workers I have ever met. There is not a single person in the office who doesn't give 110%. The employees are very friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and included in all opportunities for knowledge. Because the company is smaller, I had the chance to help out multiple departments as well as sit in/listen to anything I felt would help me learn and grow to my best ability. It was a nice change of pace to work for someone that has so much passion. The CEO's energy reflects the fast-paced office environment and helps to keep everyone going. A playful yet hardworking and fun environment is definitely fostered here! This is a place where they know that in order for the company to be the best, the employees have to be the best versions of themselves too.

Cons

Too many GOOD SNACKS......Other than that, no cons in this place!

Pros

Let’s face it; no company has 100 percent satisfied employees and people will always find something to grip about but it is very hard to find a company where almost every person feels valued. I know, as I have never in all of my years worked for a company that goes out of their way to share company information and collaborate on future goals with everyone in their organization. Flash Point actually listens to their associate’s ideas and ever better yet, they actively seek out and put those ideas into action. They set the tone every morning in a company huddle with a purpose, a mission, to know the workload ahead for the day, the week and to discuss future goals. This allows us to have an open forum to collaborate on how we will all achieve our goals together. Everyone understands and every associate can tell you the role he or she actively plays in achieving these goals. Flash Point is also committed to the personal and professional development of all of their associates. They have built a culture that makes people’s growth part of every aspect of their working environment. In this collaborative work setting, I can honestly say, I start every day feeling freed and inspired to bring my best work to the table because I know I am valued and appreciated. How many people that go to work everyday can say that?

Cons

If you are not a person who is equipped to go above and beyond, then this might not be the working environment for you.
