- Bridge into VC world: tough environment to join.
Cons
- Sleazy compensation & benefits: aware of my expectations, they offered me an absurdly lower compensation with no margin for negotiations. I accepted assuming that the culture and experience would be compensate . - Toxic company culture: Same Rocket Internet, new name. The partners simply don't care about the team. They see them as underpaid paws that can be used for whatever reason they seem fit. - Arrogant leadership: They think they are revolutionising pre-seed VC when they are simply investing on what big series-A VC fund invest. No surprise they decide on what to invest within 5 min.
