Pros
Great people in the trenches. Some don't really understand prospecting, US SDR and AE teams are great.
Cons
High turnover, misrepresent the data in their platform (say its good but irs actually garbage), mislead buyers with filtered lists as a "Proof of Concept". Beyind that, management does not communicate at all. You hear about new initiatives, requirements, and travel all at the last minute. Bad market fit for the product, its a great idea but incredibly poor implementation. Compensation seems adequate but there's so little.opportunity in the market due to data issues that its very unlikely you'll hit targets.
