Fantastic Experience - Software Engineer(Internship) FlashPCB Employee Review

I honestly can’t think of one.

First, the owners are cheap even though they’re self-described as “independently wealthy.” They offer insultingly low pay with lies about how the pay will increase as the company grows. I found the owner with whom I worked more to be arrogant and lazy with more focus on how everything makes him look rather than doing something well or even actually doing something. My offer letter was intentionally vague so the scope of my work could be continually increased with no additional compensation. He constantly wanted to hire unpaid interns to use them for free labor, an intern army was the phrase he used. Early in my employment, he paid me late on multiple occasions and even was late to paying our health insurance plans causing me great distress. I had truly one of the worst job experiences of my life at this company. I felt like I was being used for extremely high value work but was often described by the owner like I was his assistant or secretary. If you value yourself, I’d apply anywhere else.
