Leadership isn’t transparent, they say one thing and do another, so nobody really knows the direction they should go. The company only looks at short term fixes for glaring issues instead of fixing them, so the same issues keep showing up. The Flashlight360 app is horrible to use and navigate. Employee opinions don’t matter, even when the team has more expertise than management. Gaslighting happens often, making people doubt themselves when they’re right. Ethical concerns, like using another company’s corporate codes for discounts and bookings, clear favoritism, taking credit for others work in executive leadership If you disagree with leadership, you’re always wrong, no matter the facts, especially with certain leaders. Zero opportunities for advancement, unless you are best friends with certain people. Work-life balance doesn’t exist, and if you say you’re at capacity, you risk being let go. This happened to multiple people. Pay is far below industry standards and not competitive.
