Friendly colleagues, kind of flexible working environment

The CEO is crazy and micro manages every single person in this whole company across different regions in the world. She hates division of labor and doesnt want any collaboration between and within a team. She assigns tasks that are not within your responsibility so that she can fire someone else to reduce her cost. She changes her ideas every single minute and holds a new meeting every other second. You are not going to learn much except the crazy ideas in her mind. She wants people to work 20 hrs a day. I dont see the future of this company at all.
