Pros

Benefit - free lunch, self serve breakfast, cold brew on tap, snacks, etc. - unlimited time off - flexible hours - great co-workers - mission - office space - health benefits - weekly meditation - quarterly sponsored gym classes - Internal continuing education classes (intro to negotiation, coding, etc.) - company values There is so much that I love about working here! I feel like I have the best work life balance that I've ever had at a company. Senior leadership is extremely approachable and I've got a great manager. I'm hoping to be here for a long time.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say. I know that our people team and senior leadership see our areas of improvement and are working hard to make changes. I feel like we're always taking a survey. They've built out an extensive people management training plan, are working on diversity at the company, and are focusing on giving more folks direction when it comes to growth opportunity.

Pros

Smart, kind colleagues that all care about the work Inspiring mission Flexibility New CEO/COO have a direction No toxicity

Cons

There are constant changes - reorgs, layoffs, new leadership, etc. Some things are unnecessarily complex and cumbersome but the new direction is focused on tackling this Limited promotions and opportunities for career advancement in general

Pros

Flexible work, anytime and anywhere. Flexible number of hours. Meaningful work. Good managers.

Cons

Terrible pay and poor career opportunities. No raises have been given for nearly 6 years, during which time cost of living has soared 35% or more, and during which time they've actually reduced benefits (decreased bonuses and continuing education fund). There is no financial incentive to work beyond the bare minimum because of the terrible pay and lackluster bonuses. I applied to a higher level position which perfectly matched my background and experience; despite working for them (without a raise) loyally with quality work for 5+ years, I didn't even get an interview. There is just no future at this company.
