Field staff are great to work with. Relaxed atmosphere as long as everything assigned is completed. Family friendly office, sensitive to personal obligations.
Cons
No one knows who's in charge, it makes accomplishing anything a convoluted experience. High turn over rate in Denver office. Upper management possesses minimal people skills with complete lack of HR department. Sporadic schedule and you will work long hours.
