It's easy to grow from junior to senior in a few years. Very good office Good location No deadline pressure almost all the time Salary always in time Nobody can force you work more than 40hours/week If you agree to work more than 40hours/week then you will compensate good
Cons
Good people grow fast and move on to other companies Projects can be not so good Core values of the company just words, nobody follows it (pretty hypocritically)
