Pros

Solid company and nice gifts during holidays, PTO and holiday pay. If snow/ice, allowed to telework. Rarely saw management unless visiting. Nice people. Loved my job!

Cons

Hard to survive on $35k a year but they paid more than the prior contract company. Supervisor didn’t understand what I did on a daily basis and the hours I put in to make things run smoothly. I worked mainly alone because of short staffing with military personnel. GS employees look down upon contract workers. We do the work!
