Great work environment and amazing people.

Busy rushes of customers, emphasis on sales goals being met by individuals.

Good discount, energetic and kind staff

Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
