      Great co-workers, customers & support of local running community. Love working with all the vendors & staying up to date on new products.

      Cons

      Company needs a little more structure at the local level & more consistent leadership. The is successful & with a few improvements could be even more successful.

      Good discount, energetic and kind staff

      Cons

      Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
