      The culture is fantastic - super fun atmosphere - loads of perks (shoes, clothing, etc) - (mostly) great customers

      Cons

      Well.. it's customer service and the holidays just keep happening every year.

      Good discount, energetic and kind staff

      Cons

      Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
