      Great people to work with. They really care about the customers and making a difference in their life. Definitely learned a lot.

      Sometimes ask a lot of the part time employees, especially considering the pay.

      Good discount, energetic and kind staff

      Cons

      Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
