      Pros

      I worked at the Boulder store and my coworkers were the best part of coming in to work everyday.

      Cons

      Management sucks. The store managers are rude and don't care about their employees. There is no promotion for those that have experience in the store, and new management is brought in that has no experience.

      Cons

      Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
