      I truly felt like I was part of the family at our Fleet Feet location. The operating partner built an incredible community that was very inclusive not only on the staff but also for the customers. Nice discount on merchandise. Flexible hours.

      Good discount, energetic and kind staff

      Cons

      Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
