Pros

You get free swag like shoes and nice run stuff from brand reps every so often. If you like running, most of it is things you can actually use. Most of the people you work with are cool.

Cons

Hours are awful (kiss those weekends goodbye). Hard to get off. Management is immature (expect to work longer than your posted schedule). Pay is def not California standard. Lots of things being piled on staff in addition to the outfitting part (weird meetings and sale tally stuff). Little to no HR.

Pros

Good discount, energetic and kind staff

Cons

Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
