All coworkers are super sweet and ready to give advice/help when asked. Flexible work schedule and fun work environment. There are opportunities to move up n the company along with mentorship programs. No workplace drama.

Cons

The pay could be better. Some customers can be difficult to work with.

Good discount, energetic and kind staff

Cons

Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
