      I was warned by multiple people what I was walking into as their former GM and now CFO is a culture killer and did it anyway... He talks down on you and makes you feel so small. I wish the owners weren't so blindsided and realize it starts from the top to the bottom.

      Good discount, energetic and kind staff

      Cons

      Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
