Pros
My coworkers were great! The local running community is the best. I loved the fact that the service provided actually made a difference in people's lives.
Cons
The owners were hard to work for 99% of the time. The best way to get by was to keep your head down and fly under the radar. At times, they were verbally abusive, offered unfair wages, and displayed favoritism towards certain staff members. The free shoes seeded to staff by companies were held back or added to stock to be resold.
