Not the best place to work - Anonymous- Salaried Staff Fleet Feet Employee Review

This company is not the best place to work for women of color....specifically black women. The claim to embrace DEI, but they create environments that are microaggressive and not supportive. They will gaslight you into believing that you are not skilled enough to be in your role and will start to micromanage to make you leave. I would not recommend this place to work if you want to keep your peace and sanity.
