      Busy and active all day, involved in community, help customers face to face with their needs, around an active and healthy lifestyle group.

      Cons

      Average pay, can be physically demanding/on feet all day, owners can micro manage at times and expect you to work of manager without giving raises or benefits.

      Good discount, energetic and kind staff

      Cons

      Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
