Great Company to work for.

I don't really have any.

Very sophisticated top management. The ivory tower that they occupy is very clean and awesome looking.

Doing this anonymously because the top management is probably well connected with RSS. I was there for two years, I burnt out. I haven't sought employment since because I am depressed. I know that this doesn't count as complaint in India because, 'if you're depressed it's your freaking problem" right? Maybe I was weak but I had a hellish experience here that's for sure. They enjoy using junior staff to do managerial work for peanuts and then they spit them out. One other employee said that the company threw him away like a used condom. I don't want to be hard on them (even though I am suffering because of them) simply because there are multiple factors at play (like the industry stress level etc) but these people deserve to be called out.
