Pros
If you can do six months here you can work anywhere! The co-owner is lovely as are most of the staff.
Cons
The stress the owner causes is palpable when he rolls up outside the building! How well the day goes is directly connected to his mood. Staff live in constant fear of being called to his office. Step out of line and you will he snarled at like a dog and even demeaned in front of your colleagues. Staff are an inconvenience to him regardless of how hard they work or the hours they put in. No ones opinion matters only the owner so be careful not to offer yours. If you have any other employment options take them and don’t look back to end up regretting your decisions! And don’t forget there’s a few snakes in there too that will happily throw you under the bus for on other reason only for the sheer fun of it!
