Pros
One good thing about the company were the amazing people you met and worked with. This one positive aspect is destroyed, though, because employees are constantly getting fired. The main product (Fleshlight) is popular and essentially sells itself, but if the public knew how the company operates (sexual harassment, payouts to employees so they won't publicly sue the CEO, horrible demeanor to women), etc. this company would fail.
Cons
•There is no clear direction of where the company wants to go. Because of this, the upper management (CEO) constantly changes his mind and will fire entire teams to justify his new direction. I worked at the company and saw over 25 people get fired. This, in itself, proves that this company is very difficult to work for. Despite individual's talents, they can still get fired all because the management has no sense of direction. •No room for growth. Because of the constant chaos and confusion, it's difficult to grow with the company. •There is absolutely no structure at this company. Most employees don't last for a year, but an annual review to know employees strengths/weaknesses would do wonders at Interactive Life Forms. •Poor culture and values. Employers these days want to make sure their employees are as happy as possible by offering sick time, vacation time, etc. This company is completely opposite and when a day is taken off by an employee, they are publicly berated by upper management. Mandatory holiday work (if you were planning on visiting Family for Thanksgiving or Christmas, you can forget about it if you work at Fleshlight).
