Whoever manages this company is doing a terrible job. There is NO support at all!! Don’t expect to start working right away. It takes months to even get started! So many agents have open tickets due to all kinds of things that have been left unanswered for months! They advertise daily pay but that doesn’t happen! So many agents have issues with not getting paid. I understand this is a contractor 1099 position but there still needs to be some type of communication and support to help us. There are a lot of agents leaving because they can’t get help. You are forced to communicate with a Bot. You are only paid for verified calls and will get suspended if you have too many. They say you get suspended after 10 in a row but agents get suspended for less. Their system will add unverified calls to your results even if you didn’t take any calls for the day. I’ve never seen anything like this and they don’t care because they are still getting paid.
