I have never experienced something so unprofessional in my entire life. There is absolutely zero support there used to be, but then the owner got annoyed with having to deal with it so he just stopped. You have no way to receive any type of help you get told to file a ticket, but they don’t answer tickets. They will randomly suspend you but not tell you why but mostly it’s because they are out of money to pay their people Pay has been an issue for weeks. They promise daily pay but even when they do pay it’s a lie and they just randomly will stop paying or not pay.
