      1. Life work balance. 2. Sometimes they hire nice people, only to fire them later.

      1. National minimum wage 2. Without any benefits 3. Inefficient management 4. Employee mobbing (humiliation of employees by one supervisor) 5. No chance for development 6. You are not treated as a person, but as a number in an excel sheet

      Grow opportunities, Could learn a lot about sales depending who your manager was.

      Company results where fully focused on sales department rather than also taking purchasing into account. No purchasing strategy at higher management.
