Pros
Experience in BESS is invaluable for career growth, FlexGen is in the right industry and has a solid business model and product. The company is known and respected in China as well, so being here for a couple of years will be a significant asset for future connections in the industry. The company culture used to be fantastic, truly incredible team of passionate and professional workers.
Cons
As the company started expanding a few years ago, focus became more about the image and (future) shareholders instead of being a great company to work for. Many bright people have either been forced out, or have quit. Many of the original team still remain, and FG isn't a bad company to work for clearly. The priorities have changed, for the worse though, which is a real shame.
