- A lot of office politics, especially between the international offices - The company is becoming much more corporate - Big divide between departments, particularly between the development and support teams, in terms of workload, trust, and general socialising - Most people work relatively long hours, despite having flexi-time - Very few people make use of their 10% time (FlexTime) - Having to work with incredibly old systems - Average to below-average pay, unless you've been around for a while - A high bus-factor, a few long-serving employees are heavily relied upon - Lots of meetings - Over-obsession with Agile and Kanban-type processes
