Pros
Good team mates depending in what area or product application you work with. Good work flexibility - again it depends on your manager. I think the salary range is pretty decent for what they pay compared to job market- the benefits overall are "Fair/Good".
Cons
Management needs a better sense of direction in terms of huge on going migration projects and resources allocated for each project. I think the biggest challenge the company faces is limited personnel resources to complete all the client migration projects.
