Less work pressure,decent remuneration.Client interaction experience. Most.Most of the projects are handled individually hence experience to work in an autonomous manner.Less politics compared to other companies.
Cons
Lack of career progression.Most people stay in their current roles and hence moving up the ladder is impossible.Technical expertise cannot be developed compared to domain level.Low to very less team interaction/bonding.
