Pros
People are able to get a lot of exposure to the fintech sector working here. The coworkers are friendly and usually willing to help you when they have time. There is opportunity to push and challenge yourself and learn about a complex system.
Cons
The company feels like it is driven by the head office but decisions and direction of the company do not seem that transparent to workers outside of that office. Technology is in many ways quite legacy style so can be difficult to get your head around. Little forward planning so it is difficult to know what you might be working on in 6 months. This makes projects more stressful.
