I was skeptical at first about joining FlexTrade after reading some of the Glassdoor review, however, after completing a year at FlexTrade i can proudly say that this is a wonderful company to work with friendly colleagues and managers to help and guide. Good market stability and building great OEMS products makes FlexTrade strong in presence. Wednesdays lunch and Team Events make everyone feel connected and the New Year Party was a wonderful experience that we look forward in January. The Great Neck office is now renovate and looks great. Work is meaningful as well as a journey of learnings and growth. Overall a good place to work.
Cons
Salary is not the best in the market though the work stability and culture balances out well. Commute to Great Neck is exhausting. Wish the location was in the City. Company should invest more in Learning and Development. In House Lunch is only served on Wednesdays.
