Pros
Started work the same day I interviewed. When Friday came, I got a call from Flexicrew saying that the bank information I gave them was not correct and that my deposit did not go through. They told me that it would be Monday before a deposit to my bank could be made. However, Flexicrew said they could issue me a debit card that day, and to come by the office. I came during my lunch hour to pick it up, and the boss lady told me she was sorry I had to miss lunch and had lunch brought into the office for me. I have NEVER seen any company care about its people like that.
Also the insurance is better than the company I work at. I have Blue Cross with only a $250 a year deductible.
Cons
The company I work at wants to take me permanent, but I'd rather stay at Flexicrew cause they have better benefits and it's going to cost me and my family more
